Big nose - berries and cherries, toffee, and old world. Sophisticated on the tongue - velvety, blackberry, dried cherry, and apricot with a touch of acid and soft tannins. Has a bit of the mouth feel of a Pinot Noir - the lightness ending with the acid while having complex flavors, but not the Pinot Noir flavors. This is interesting and exquisite.

爽やかなスイカズラと、黄桃、アプリコットの熟成感ある果実の香り。ドライな口当たりに、さらりとキレのある酸味。アルコール度数は14%と白にしてはかなり高め。ミネラル感が強く、シュール・リーなのか日本酒様の旨味もあり、コクが深く芳醇な味わい。
