オレゴン Lingua Franca, Avni（リンガ・フランカ・アヴニ） 1. オレゴン産ピノ・ノワールは、ブルゴーニュよりも果実味がやや豊かで柔らかい。 → デュバンは酸が立ちやすく、ややシャープ。 → リンガ・フランカは、丸みと香りの余韻が心地よく、飲みやすい。 2. ステーキとの相性が良い。 ピノ・ノワールとしては深みがあり、赤身肉にちょうどよいコク。 NYストリップの旨味を邪魔せず、香りが肉を引き立てます。 3. 香りの質が高く、少量でも満足できる。 一口だけ”でも、香りと味の広がりを十分感じられます。 Edition NY clockroom にて。ステーキに良く合う気がした。軽くて飲みやすい。
