キャノンボール、ソノマカウンティ、シャルドネ17 濃い目のイエロー、パイナップル、塩、ミネラル、 香ばしいさ、スイートコーン、軽いシェリー、 厚みや伸びがありながら、ミネラル、骨格があり、 きれいでしなやか。 温度はややり高めで。 どこまでもクリーン、それでいて下品さがない。 うまい。
