Super good. You can’t have this one too cold otherwise it numbs its aroma and flavour. As suggested I paired this with some excellent sushi rolls. And it really brought out the creaminess. Petrol on the nose and savoury grassy tones when colder. A little floral and stone fruit when a little warmer and paired with sushi.
