Chardonnay from the Central Coast, California. The Fableist is a collaboration between winemakers Curt Schalchlin and Andrew Jones. Each wine has a story. This one is complex with quite some character. Very nice. Tasted citrus, green apple, vanilla and oak. Dry, medium acidity, full body wine. Well balanced. Finish has an enjoyable length. Drank this one at Restaurant The Cruisery in Santa Barbara, California.
