南イタリアのバランス最高の2016年赤ワイン。San Marzano社TALO Salice Salentino。1840円。輸入はモトックス。フルボディかな。口に含むとすっきりフルーティ、そのあとBoldで力強く後味very good‼️タンニンも中庸で、酸味も程よく。誕生日に家内、お袋と3人であっという間に一本空いた。91歳のお袋が絶賛‼️

Auch dieses Cuvee von San Marzano ist ganz gelungen. Sehr fruchtig, rund harmonisch. Im Gaumen viel Himbeere und Pflaume.

ソービニヨンブラン？ってくらい華やかな香りと豊かな酸味。青臭さが無い代わりのグレフル感が満載。まるで粗越しグレフルの酸味と果実味。蜂蜜のニュアンスもあってボリュームあり。 この価格にして香りと味わいの華やかさはピカイチ！2千円以下今年のＮｏ．ワン候補だな！

1600円位で購入 クリアで黄色味あるイエロー トロピカルに桃の香り トロピカルの酸味と果実味にグレープフルーツのような苦味。ミネラルはそんなになくスッキリ飲みやすい バランス良く安定していてこの値段なのは嬉しい

かなり深いガーネット。 プラム系の香り。 見た目印象から最初の口当たりで、かなり濃厚？と思わせておいて、その後酸味ですっきりと飲める。アタックでは甘みも結構感じるが後味は酸味のおかげですっきりしている。

濃厚で飲みやすい赤。渋み、酸味、果実味のバランスがとても良い。

他のタロに比べスッキリとスッと鼻に届く甘い香り。清涼なハーブの香りや果実味だけじゃなく花の雰囲気もほんのり感じた。 口当たりまろやか。ミディアムよりのフルボディかな。 酸味は軽め、渋味は主張は激しくないのにちゃんとある。果実味と少しハーブ。口に入れたときから飲み込むまでの感じはあれ？薄め？と感じるのに、飲み込んだあとしっかりと残る。 スッキリ飲めてかつ飲んだなぁという満足感がいいね！現状タロの中で個人的に一番いいかも。 ﾈｸﾞﾛｱﾏｰﾛ 85%/ﾏﾙｳﾞｧｼﾞｰｱ･ﾈｰﾗ 15% ﾈｸﾞﾛｱﾏｰﾛが多数を占めてるのに個人的に一番いいって感じるの不思議、面白い。 追記　次の日に改めて〜　香りに少しだけ癖が出てきた。味は変わらずまろやかかつ果実味の甘さが強くなった。味に深みが出たように感じる。さらに数日後空気抜いておいたのを〜　香りの癖が消えた。味は少し水足した？って感じで全体的にほんの少しだけ薄くなった印象。

2020年初の夫婦赤ワイン会（自宅で）。 KOマートで安くなってて1480円（税抜） 一口目からすごくフルーティーで飲みやすく、とても美味しいワインでした！

Flot mørk rød i glasset med violet og fed kant. Bouquet med mørke bær, viol og fad. Smagen er behagelig afrundet med mørke bær, lakrids, viol og egefad. En lang og behagelig eftersmag med ovenstående noter gør vinen til en rigtig god oplevelse. Vinen er god ril tapas. Vurdering 3,8🍷🍷🍷🍷

89pts.鮮やかな美しいガーネットカラー。強い粘性。黒果実と乾燥フルーツの香り。ステイさせると僅かに胡椒の香りも。樽からのニュアンスも感じます。甘みを伴う濃厚な果実の凝縮感。特に酸が上質でしっかり。程よいミネラルとタンニン。フィニッシュも長く続く。バランスが良く丁寧に醸造されています。

4.0 Plum, cassis, cherry, blackberry, licorice, fig, vanilla, chocolate and oak. Very fruity and generous taste with well acidity and tannins. The finished length was a bit long and comfortable. Good quality with the cost!

4,5!! Very confident! Very well balanced, full bodied, a bit sweet and maybe a bit spirituous wine. Cherry and spices, black pepper and some wood. Very delicious and definitely high level wine. 3,8 - is not fair assessment!

4-- decided to open the bottle I had saved un 2018. I totally confirm my previous two notes. This 2014 vintage is a really nice wine and an excellent VfM when considering its price. Relatively to what I had noted and tried to remember these additional two years probably resulted in a smoother, rounder wine with truly velvety tannins and a very pleasant development. Would like to try more recent vintages too.

Last bottle reserved from my visit with friends to Puglia last May. A very particular - in a good sense - Negroamaro based Salice Salentino. Fruity nose exhibiting a freshness that predisposes to something very good. Ruby colour, full bodied, rather bold red. Red and black fruit dominate the palate. Very particular salty sense also present. Very smooth finishing with alcohol being very distinct. A 4.1 wine.

イキイキとしたフレッシュなシチリアのフィアーノ。シトラス、明るい酸、若干の苦味を感じさせるミネラル。軽すぎない程度のボディがあり、冷やし目にしてもやや温度を上げて食事と合わせても良さそう。 価格も手頃で、今年のサマーワイン候補😄。 2022/6/21。

イタリア🇮🇹、プーリア/サリーチェ・サレンティーノ。タロ サリーチェ サレンティーノ 2021 。生産者カンティーネ・サン・マルツァーノ。品種ネグロアマーロ種85％/マルヴァジーア・ネーラ種15％。 外観は、深みのあるルビーレッド。香りは、チェリー、熟したプルーン、ハーブ。酸味は穏やか、タンニンはしっかりめ。味覚は果実味たっぷり、ハーブ感が余韻を引き締め、飲み飽きしない、安ウマ。

久々の期待を裏切らないサン・マルツァーノ。色はガーネットっぽさを感じるディープルビーで、かなり濃いめです。プルーンとチェリーの果実に加えて酸味の主張が強いので、濃い色のわりにスッキリとした口当たり。タンニンもしっかりあるものの、酸味の裏でじんわりとしているので渋味のインパクトはそんなになし。少しミネラリーというか塩気？のような感じもありました。お値段を考えたらとてもコスパ良しで、テーブルワインとしても、単体で楽しむのにもピッタリです。楽天で税込1605円。

Pleasant, easy-drinking negroamaro blend from San Marzano. Parma violets and pleasing acidity. At ¥1600, probably the right price point, but I would not pay much more than that.

椿山荘にて。凝縮感がある白ワイン。 以下、ショップのコメント→コルパッソとは「丘の上への一歩」という意味。「コルパッソ（丘の上への一歩）」は、これからも頂上に向けて一歩一歩進化し続け、そして“伝統”を伝えていきます。爽やかな柑橘系の酸味と完熟したぶどうのバランスが素晴らしく、ほのかにハチミツのような甘さと華やかさがプラス。

イタリア、シチリア産。 葡萄品種は、土着品種のFiano フルーティーで美味しいです。 色合いは緑がかった黄色。 みかんのような柑橘系で酸っぱいイメージのない果実の香り、マスカット、洋梨、ミネラル、ジャスミンなど華やかな香りがあります。 柔らかな舌触り、穏やかな酸味とフレッシュな果実味。夏の暑い日によく冷やして飲むと単体でどんどん飲んでしまいそう。 今日はポモドーロとともにいただきました。

色はガーネット ブラックベリー、プラム。 品種はサレンティーノ。 甘みはとてもプリミティーボ、アパッシメントのよう、 酸味あり、タンニンは溶け込み気味。 こういうのでいいんだよの赤ワイン。 ポモドーロもてぎで4400円。 市価2500円くらい。

家にて。今日は結構雪が降りましたね。午後から気温も上がり始めて、溶けるのは割と早かったですが。我が家の小3の息子ちゃんは、雪を触って楽しんでました。子供にとっては、非日常、ですよね。 ということで、今日は、プーリア州は、サンマルツァーノの、タロ、サリーチェサレンティーノの21を開けました。品種は、ネグロアマーロ主体とのこと。 濃い目のガーネット。ブラックベリー、ココア、リコリス。少しメントールが香ります。凝縮した果実味。穏やかな甘味。溶け込んだタンニン。味わいからも樽が感じられます。バランス良く、力強いですね。 日曜日はあっという間。今日も美味しいワインをたくさん飲んで、明日からの一週間に備えましょう。皆さんも素敵な夜を！おやすみなさい⭐️

Fruity and bold wine. Fairly smooth. Plum and spices on the nose. On the palate, slightly boiled plum and mixed berry. Mainly a sweet fruit bomb but a good example of the southern styles from Puglia.

Cherry, plum, blackberry, vanilla, milk chocolate, oak. It would be great wine, but it should have much more body.

Questo blend salentino è un vino per tutti i palati. Ottimo qualità prezzo; colore rosso rubino, appena sbocciato rilascia sentori di bacche rosse ed amarene; al palato risulta persistente, corposo al punto giusto e dai tannini setosi con un finale discreto e vanigliato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ad maiora!

The nose was pure sulfur funk. After pouring a glass of 2015 the stench disappeared and revealed a solid Italian red. I didn’t get fruit forward notes, but a barnyard meaty wine. I do get slate, leather, cedar and pencil shavings. For a clearance wine, it has gone above and beyond. Based on the reviews from others, it is definitely a wine that develops and matures with good aging.

w076 色は枯れており香りは良い。しっかりしており同じ作り手のプリティーボより好印象。鶏もも肉とキノコのトマトソース煮込み、トマトサラダ、バタールとい2200円　１－１０

色は濃いガーネット。香りはブラックチェリー、シナモン。味わいは口当たりは滑らか。 果実味はしっかりしているが酸味やタンニンもバランス良く、余韻はすっきりしている。 温菜からメインまで幅広い料理と合わせて楽しめるワインかな。

This was a bit too fruity for my taste, and left an after taste that was quite a bit tannic to my liking. Rich nonetheless.
