💯 Perfection, speechless, silenced totally by this Recioto, tasted at the winery. The balance and elegant presence draws you in and the rest of the world falls away and your heart and mind connect in blissful harmony. A gifted hand has resisted letting power and intensity run riot and has manifested balance. It is luscious with sweetness in check to the point it can be drank by itself. There can be no better example and it burned the scene of its tasting into my mind forever.

Questo vino è meraviglioso, fresco, "vinoso", marasche a profusione, uvetta e spezie dolci... Tutto perfettamente al proprio posto, perfettamente bilanciato, un vino dolce di rara eleganza e complessità. Ma d'altronde, con questa cantina si cade sempre in piedi!!! 😍 😍 😍 Da abbinare a dolci al cioccolato o, ancor meglio, a panettoni con la saba! 😍

Still remains my favorite red wine. Full body, sweet, tannines are absolutely well balanced. Tastes a lot like a sweet sherry, but witout being too sweet. Also the structure is lighter. You cant go wrong with this wine!

Ad oggi indubbiamente il migliore mai assaggiato. Grande equilibrio, note speziate, in bocca pieno, di grande armonia ed equilibrio. Non stucchevole. Molto persistente. Favoloso.

Amazing with the right dessert!

Fantastic deep ruby red color. And then, Raisins, Plums, and a melange of dark, almost overripe fruits. Lovely texture of the tongue. Probably the best recioto I ever tasted.

To end a very nice evening at my brothers place, this Recioto was served. A classy sweet wine with enough acidity and some tannins to create a balanced desert wine.

Diep donkerrode kleur. Neus : leer, chocola, zoet rood fruit. Warme, zachte, zoete gloed in de mond. Prachtige en krachtige dessertwijn.

My first Recioto, ans was amazing

Vino di grande spessore, rosso granato vino di corpo, al naso complesso fruttato profuma di miele noci frutti maturi ciliegie e confettura,in bocca potente, morbido, caldo, equilibrato, intenso ma vellutato persistenza infinita gusto coerente con il profumo unica piccolo eccesso è la presenza del legno in bocca....a mio avviso troppo forte. Nonostante tutto resta un grandissimo vino....qualità prezzo molto buona

Dolce al punto giusto. Mai stucchevole. Morbido ed equilibrato. Elegante e raffinato. Intenso e persistente.

Fantastic! Deep ruby, intensive nose of ripe cherries, plums, raisins. Sweet, medium acidity, medium tannins, low alcohol, full body. On the palate some vanilla too. Long finish. Very good experience!

Amazing sweet wine!#corvina#rondinella#corvinone grape!good acidity which keep it balanced despite the sweetness. Loved it!

Excellent recioto from my favorite Amarone house - Le Guaite. You can easily taste the Amarone in this.

2016 vintage, 13,5% abv. Oltre 150 giorni di appassimento. il Recioto è la dolcezza fatta a vino (come cita il sito della cantina veronese), ma anche equilibrio tra morbidezza ed acidità. Il sapore è intenso e complesso, caratterizzato da note di frutta secca, miele, cioccolato e spezie. La spiccata acidità del vino controbilancia il residuo zuccherino importante (150 gr/l circa). Molto buono. 4.2

Seldom tried recioto and this is definitely an interesting one. Complex, sweet, and full-bodied. Fig, vanilla, prune… black & red fruit.

Sött men inte för sött. Känner körsbär, frukt och och en del syra. Inte som något annat sött vin jag smakat tidigare. Riktigt gott!

Aromas of cherry and oak Flavors of ripe cherries, leather and raisin. Very sweet and rounded.

Krudt ukendt! Dejlig recioto. Cremet tyktflydende. Markant rosin, og tobak. Læner sig op af en portvin/sherry. Vellavet, men rosin sødmen er trættende i længden, så et par kølige glas er tilstrækkeligt..

Weinkeller aufräumen 😊 wie schnell die Zeit vergeht, bei der letzten TN schrieb ich „nicht mehr länger lagern“, trotzdem schon wieder 2 Jahre her... Wobei, bekommt dem Wein nicht schlecht. Blasses rubinrot. Nase erinnert mehr an reifen Bordeaux. Tabak, Leder, Wildkräuter, geröstetes Brot, reife Holunderbeeren, Cassis. Mittel+ Körper. Hohe Säure, mittlere Tannine. Reife Johannisbeeren, Pflaumen. Toffee, Nuss, Espresso. Mittlerer Abgang. Spannender Wein!

Lækker cremet recioto. 14% , Kirsebær, svesker og rosin. Den har lidt bid, som giver et godt modspil til sødmen.

Didn’t work for me but it looks like I’m in the minority. Might just have been the bottle? Liked the less sweet than normal approach. Much more about rich dark fruit than raisin. But there was something tinny and clinical about the palate.

Lidt anonym uden at have hverken det ene eller det andet. Skuffende i forhold til resten af vinene fra Bosco.
