Maple, dark chocolate, nose is caramel and seduction,. Taste is Divine, hazelnut, maple slides over the tongue like a silk ribbon running down your naked flesh.
Eccezionale, amabile, equilibrato, confettura, ciliegie. Veramente un vino fantastico. Bevuto mangiando crescia farcita con nutella e mascarpone
Excellent
Buonissimo
Spettacolare!
Ottima scelta
Confettura di ciliegia all'ennesima potenza.
Favoloso. Sapore di cioccolato ciliegie e bei ricordi
Vino eccellente in tutto, una vera scoperta!!
Dolce ma perfettamente aromatico
Big cherry flavor, nice smooth finish!
Sweet primitivo of high pleasant delivery. Honey, caramel, cherry with syrup, fig. Full Puglia in mouth!
China, note balsamiche
China, note balsamiche
Sensazione unica
Dark ruby, creamy consistency, sour cherry and almond with hints of plum and white pepper, great mouth with balanced sweetness and silky tannins
Very enjoyable after meal wine. A sweet docg primitivo. Will have mistaken this for a sherry. Raisin/caramel/dried apricots/ripe cherries etc. alcohol at 15.5% is well balanced with the fruits/acidity. Long finish. Very good value. I will definitely buy this again
Mulberry pepper tobacco
Dezert wine, 20.5 pct when the alcool become alcool, cherry jam, amazing
Amarena cherries, almond and dark chocolate. Still my fav dessert wine
Rosso granato scuro. Grande varietà di frutti. Ciliegie, arancia, uva passa, prugna. Secondari di tabacco. In bocca dolce ma equilibrato, tannico e caldo. Si gusta con dolci al cioccolato. Grande.
Tanta roba...bravo! 🔝🔝🔝
Ottimo equilibrio. Vale la pena sorseggiarlo anche da metidazione!
Stunning dessert wine. Not what I expected but great notes of chocolate plum and cherry and super well balanced. @[1|13095040|bgrox]
RD: 4.30 Corposo, intenso, morbido...interessante cantina!! Degustazione a Manduria. 09.07.2020
Eccellente primitivo dolce.
15.5%... 21% volume. Tra i migliori passiti dolci, una certezza.
A gift for supper- lucky us!!
Bursting with chocolate notes a real stunner, deep cherry and a herbal note I can't quite put my finger on, 16.5% though 🫠
Rosso rubino intenso e impenetrabile. Affina 12 mesi in acciaio.
Deep deep color. rich tannins but sweet. Candied fig, porcini mushrooms and chocolate.
The Grape Escape 2024 on the sidelines of the Singapore Sommelier Association competition. Marathon tasting. No notes.
Primitivo doce delicioso!!
92. Nose is luxuriant, maraschino cherry and prune (redolent of the dry red from the same producer). A pretty solid indication of what’s to come, with an additional maple syrup sweetness and brightness from the candied orange peel acidity - necessary to prevent it becoming too cloying. Serving cold absolutely essential.
Bevuto alla masterclass Ais sui passiti. Al naso chiuso, non sembra passiti. In bocca secco tannico, lungo, persistente.piacevole
Raisin sec, pruneau
Absolutely delicious. Sweet Primitivo full of cherry, ripe plum, and chocolate character. Need to find myself a bottle of this. #iws
First taste is a strong taste of burned raisins. After a bit of air raisins are replaced with distinct taste of chocolate and cherry. Would go well with a chocolate fondant with melted cherries. Might be more difficult to match with other desserts.
Affina 12 mesi in acciaio. Solo 2mila bottiglie prodotte. Acquistato a Best wine
Pronaunced on nose and palate. Better served as a dessert wine, and chilled. Ripe red cherry, fig, prune, raisin, blueberry, oak, vanilla, intense honey. Full body, high alchol, long finish
Interesting sweet wine hits hard with chocolate cherry and coffee. Well worth a try
AIS Livello 1, Lezione 7, Vino 3: colour with medium intensity. Intense aromas of black fruit, jam and under spirit. Black cherry, plum, Balsamic, chocolate, sweet tobacco, licorice and a vegetal note. Very sweet and smooth on the palate with low acidity. Very intense and structured.
Una felice sorpresa
Deep, rusty red, this Primitivo "dolce naturale" fills the glass with dense, opulent, cherry chocolate-like sweetness. It is relatively firm on the palate, with hints of coffee and bittersweet chocolate, medium acidity and soft tannins. A delight to sip (after dinner for example).
Very nice sweet wine that combines well with traditional Italian deserts of this period of the year, eg panetone. However, take care. Looking to all the etiquettes in this serie there are several people that classified 2009 or 2010 as a 2008. And also among the 2008 there appears to be two varieties! One with a brown etiquette, lot n starts with "11", and alcohol 15,5%. A second with a white etiquette, lot n starts with "12", and alcohol 15% and less rest sugars.
Sweet desert wine which is dark ruby red in color. Well balanced with enough acidity to balance the residual sugar. Alcohol is present but not overwhelming.
Deep and fruity with a complex bouchet with hints of black cherry and dried figs. Very viscous with this ruby color and high alcohol content and fullness
Great dessert wine, dense black cherry color, equilibrated acid and alcoholic level (20,5%) medium ending, black cherry aroma. chocolate, cherry, prune, tobacco and plum tasting notes
How to end a lovely evening with friends, good wines and food? No doubt, go for this Dolce Naturalis (21% alcohol), made from 100% Primitivo served as a stand alone digestive. Aromas of blackberries, blueberries, black cherries and spices. On the palate, full start, stewed prunes, black fruit and chocolate, smooth and silky, the sweetness is nicely packed in fresh and fruity acidity, supporting tannins, long aftertaste. Very fresh Dolce wine that keeps you focussed thanks to its freshness. 4.0*
Unexpected dessert wine Quite thin in the glass deep garnet in colour Notes of chocolate cherry and a hint of almond Not as light as I tend to prefer but only tried a glass before everyone else finished the rest 😂
20,5% vol. colore rosso rubino inteso. Ricco di ampi profumi caldi. Note di fichi, ciliegie ed arancia.
My experience of this wine expressed by Robert Parker scale: 50 pt in start color and appearance 4/5 pt aroma and bouquet 12/15 pt flavor and finish 15/20 pt subjective factor and experience 8/10 pt. Sum is 89 pt and it corelates with Vivino 3,8⭐️
Taming the high sugars with appassimento. Still plenty of jams and red fruits, some herbs, a voluptuous, full mouth, with a definite sweetness without pushing it too much and balancing the tannic structure.
Acquerello
Attanasio winery was founded in 2000 by Giuseppe Attanasio whose involvement with winemaking goes back more than six decades. Attanasio harvests all his grapes by hand and puts a lot of effort to maintain the same quality and consistency every year. Rich aromas of jammy dark berries and dark chocolate emerge on the nose. The palate is rounded in feel, but too sweet for my taste. Balanced by high acidity and a solid framing of tannins. It will please many with its sweetness
Cherry in the nose. In the mouth a complesso structure that does not make me able to understand a good pairing: sweet or meat??? The great dilemma...
An XXL wine, from old alberello-vineyards. Deep impenetrable ruby colour, very intense nose with a lot of black fruit (blackberry, plum...), figs and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is powerful, caressing, but the warm sensations are balanced by a touch of acidity and a fine tannic structure.
@Octavium. Wine pairing by Wallace. Ruby red color. Violets, blackberry, dried fig, Asia spice, plum jam, coffee, black pepper, licorice & tobacco. Fruity, full-bodied. Pair with cheese platter, great🥳
Interesting primitivo di Manduria dolce naturale from 2007, wet, strong. Grapes are dried in the sun to create noble rot. A bit harsh. Sweet
