Väldigt mycket fat i doften. Även väldigt mycket russin i både smak och doft. Även lite toner av honung. Detta är det första marsalavinet jag testar så det är svårt att betygsätta. 3,5-4, men lutar mer åt 4 då jag tycker detta faller mig mer i smaken till efterrätter i jämförelse med sauternes-viner i ungefär samma prisklass.

I bought this for cooking, but it’s decent for sipping. Pairs nice with figs and semisoft cheese like creamy gouda.

Good VFM! (extra rank for price). Caramel, dried fruit, honey, molasses, oak. Not too sweet, good acidity, light for a dessert - reminds me of some semi dry madeira) If it had more viscosity it would've been amazing

For being an inexpensive fortified wine it is remarkable complex on the nose. First of all that strikes is that deep amber colour then the multilayer of nuances of candied orange peel, sweet spices, sultan raisins. On palate long and mellow with a rounded character. Bargain for the price.

Este o versiune italieneasca de Porto de clasa mare Arome intense de smochine,curmale,castane Post gust foarte lung.Excelent vin fortificat.

Карамельно-коньячный цвет, смолено-канатный портвейновый нос. Сладенький мягкий портвейн, изюмно-карамельный. Но бочка душистая заметна.

Apple juice, iron, raisin, duchess pear, dried fruit, dried herbs. Medium acidity, juicy, bit rich, mild.

Vinho licoroso possui coloração âmbar. No nariz aromas uvas passas. Na boca uma explosão de sabores como frutas em passas, baunilha e amêndoas. Muito bom.

Âmbar, aroma de frutas em compota, marcante cassis. Apesar de bem alcoólico, sem presença de álcool superior presente. Doce persistente e equilibrado.

Corps assez puissant , nez assez doux sur le miel et fleur blanche avec léger épices. Bouche ample et franche épicée et florale . Bonne alternative au xérès ou porto

4,0 не плохое краплёное вино Насыщенного янтарного цвета. Вкус очень карамельный, медовый, присутствуют нотки сухофруктов и жжёного сахара отлично сосчитается со вкусами умами

Cor âmbar queimado. Nariz seco, intensidade média, notas de cereais. Paladar é doce, acidez mediana, muita complexidade e aromas: tâmaras, passas, ameixa, caramelo e mel. Persistência longa e retrogostos que remetem ao paladar. 8 anos de safra fazem desse Marsala uma ótima entrega. Excelente fortificado italiano. Saúde!

Sexto vinho da nossa confraria. Aparência âmbar. Aroma de damasco, baunilha, tamarindo, açúcar mascavo e fumo. Na boca cereja, maçã, frutas secas, mel, tabaco, noz e alcaçuz. Vinho equilibrado, doce na medida e boa acidez no final. Harmonizou muito bem com um mousse de chocolate.

Алк - 18%. Сахар - 110-112г. Цвет - насыщенный темно-янтарный. Аромат - изюм,финики,инжир,медовые ноты, немного ванили. Вкус - то же изюм,инжир,орехи,больше всего чувствуется миндаль,персик и совсем чуть-чуть пряностей. Очень хорошая Марсала,а если в соотношении цена-качество,то просто замечательная.

Не смотрите на первый вкус и запах. После первого глотка идёт оно идеально. Пили на ВинСервер. Классное сладкое

Voto scheda ONAV: 85/100 Colore giallo ambrato luminoso, molto intenso. Al naso note di dattero, fico, uva sultanina, leggera nota smaltata e ossidativa. Più intenso che fine. Al gusto prevalenza di caramello, con ottimo corpo e buona armonia. Un buon vino fortificato ad un buon prezzo

My first Marsala and a good experience. Its brownish with plum, fig, matured fruit nose. In the mouth its between a tawny port and a sherry olorosso. Very nice 🇮🇹

Alta qualità senza dubbio ma mi aspettavo di più. Forse alcuni Garibaldi erano di qualità veramente superiore. Rimane comunque un buon prodotto per fine pasto o per momenti amicali. uva passa e zucchero di canna in evidenza

Это сицилийское сладкое могло бы составить конкуренцию хересу или белому портвейну. Плюс уникальная технология уваривания части сусла - это огонь. Нос: финик, инжир, изюм, мед, сухофрукты, карамель Вкус: миндаль, персик, сливовый джем, специи - корица, карамель. Полнотелое вино, средняя кислотность, высокий алкоголь. С балансом все норм, но я бы взял винтаж помоложе.

2nd time trying this. Similar profile, but tasted together with a Madeira of a similar sweetness level, providing an interesting comparison. The Marsala has a slightly fresher and more floral profile (more potpourri in this case), despite being loaded with tertiaries. See previous TN for details. Still think this is a great QPR option given low price.

Muito bom! Intenso, doce e equilibrado. Faz tempo q tenho esse vinho na adega. Não achei a safra dele no rótulo. Aroma de frutas secas, maçã, figo, melado. Bom corpo, com acidez suficiente para gerar equilibrado ao adocicado. Boa persistência. Boa experiência! Recomendo

Vinho rubi claro, média intensidade. Frutas vermelhas, couro e baunilha. Taninos médios e final médio.

Bursting with herbs & spices aroma. Soft sweet & complex palate. It's been a while since my last marsala. Should look into getting some.

Pleasant sweet wine with low acidity and aromas of caramel, oak, raisins and brown sugar. Medium+ body. Medium finish.

Dessert wine from Sicily. 30 months on barrels. Caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit and orange peel. A bit sharp. Well paired with Pain Perdu.

A bit less of the dried fruits compared to prior years. But fudge on nose with sundried fruits with a pleasent bitter end on tongue

Great value. Sweet. But rather robust body. A very good alternative to Porto or sweet Sherry. I will most definitely buy more bottles!

Pretty good for a $18 Marsala! Definitely not the best of that style, but it's what we get in our market. Oxidative amber in colour, with some green highlights hinting at some younger wine being blended in. Nuts, caramel, molasses, figs, raisins, sultanas, dried apricot. This is a simplistic version of "true" Marsala, so I can only guess how good that must be! Good value for a after-dinner sipper.

Nice floral and honeyed nose. Slightly shy onset but okay towards the end. Not too sweet. Should I even mention that I prefer sherry for this type of wine?

Copper golden body. Nuts and overripe apples in nose. Sultana raisins, prunes, burned muscovado sugar and quite distinct acidity in palate. Really nice Marsala.

MS level III tasting 😱 at this point my tastebuds seems a bit sugarylayered... 👃🏻 burnt sugar, fudge figues and dates. 👄 orange, fudge sultana raisins.

Mascapone time

Sweet peachy notes mix with orange zest, Brown fudge and raisins. A bit to sweet on it’s own but great with strong cheese and blue cheese.

Had this during a wine pairing for dessert. Sweet and fruity, cherry, raspberry. One glass was enough for me. Would I buy this again? Probably not
