練習用にゲルトステップのピノグリ。少しつかめてきた。洋梨、メロン。少し時間が経つと蜜りんごが上がってきた。酸は丸い(しっかり飲んでると場所のせいか丸くなく溌剌と感じる)がしっかりと果実を下支えしており、テクスチャが非常に滑らか(これが特徴なのか。毎回PGに感じる)で、ミッドからフィニッシュにかけてオイリー(熟成のオイリーとは異なる)。温度が上がるとアフターに苦味が出てきたが、ピノグリージョに以前感じたような強烈なものではない。
