what a great wine, deep red colour with a beautiful nose and aromen of vanilla and dark fruits, bold and smooth. for a perfect score it could be a bit more dry but definitely a fantastic wine 🍷

Exceptionally full, smooth and concentrated. Juicy and fruity, yet woody. Balanced yet aggressively flavoured. Black fruit, cured meat, black olives, leather, vanilla, chocolate, with a little cigar box. Spicy, but with a lovely sweetness. Delicious on it's own, or with food. Complex, and absolutely worth the hype, and a steal at the price it costs.

What a south Italy wine! Fruit flavored, feeling sweety at first, but getting balance with berry cherry taste. Typical south Italy wine.

The Limited Edition 10 Vendemmie of Tenuta Ulisse is simply the best Montepulciano d'Abruzzo I know. This multi-vintage wine is a class of its own.

The second 6th release bottle of the two we bought. Another pizza night. So damn good. Smoky, off dry, full round palate with stewed dark fruit.

An intense Montepulciano with ripe plums and cherry jam, lightly spiced. Round, full-bodied, with a warm and friendly longgggg finish

Smooth touch with great balance, early hit to umami peak with plum, raspberry and prune. On top with creamy vanilla and cocoa.

Deep purple with a bright rim. Sweet spice and vanilla extract. Oak, plum and leather. Very complex and deep wine. Full bodied. Quite different but love it.

Near perfect balance and superbly smooth with good lush velvety heft . Relaxed rounded tannins loaded in with black berries through a long after taste 😋😋

One of those wines that hits you like a train. Chocolate cake in a glass, full of leather, oak, tobacco, black fruit as well. Very grippy tannins, but still elegant. Incredible.

Wow … stunning …. Layers and layers of flavour. Tasting dark plums, ripe berries and dark fruit but it plays second fiddle to the perfumed vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Black tea, pencil shavings, licorice, chocolate and tobacco. Medium to full bodied - really nice mouth feel. Wonderful wine - tinge of sweetness but it pulls the wine together. Fine tannins- drinks like liquid velvet. Awesome wine - can’t wait to open another bottle.

Back to Naples, I've found this great wine. The way this was designed and prepared is great for itself but when bottle is opened several of complex aromas come up and the Journey starts. Bright/deep rubi/almost no hue. On nose you can easily note coconut, liquorice, tobbaco, cacau, ripe plums, dark red Jam, etc Full bodied, elegant, ample, rich, smooth, rounded tannins, structured, well ballanced, Long linghering full of ripe red fruits, vanilla, etc.. 750 ml ahead. Lets finish it.

Dark, rich and bold. It’s a dry and smooth wine with a slight sour finish. It leaves no aftertaste. Had it in early 2026. Couldn’t fine a production date on the bottle.

That was intense. Pure tobacco and leather. A blend of 10 different vintages extremely powerful and complex. A great experience but do expect quite a punch 🥊

At sightseeing it has a intense rugby red Colour. The nose os rich and multifaceted with hints of plum and cherry jam enriched with notes of tobacco ans hints of spice. A fantastic wine.

Bold and even more complex. This is a very special wine. Notes of orange peel, licorice, caramel, smoke, Cocoa, and oak with wood, leather and tobacco at the end. Long finish, velveteen texture.

Smell of vanilla, taste of plum (and a bit of chocolate). A bit oaky but not to much. Cool idea to blend 10 vintages. Best enjoyed during an autumn / winter evening. Great wine!

14.5abv 5th release. It is a great wine. Amazing complex nose that I couldn’t stop smelling. On palate I could close my eyes and dream. It tells you a story. Spectacular.

Exceptional red from Italy. I usually not too keen on the wine from this Italian region, but this is a beautiful exception. Great balance between fruit, tannings and body. Long and beautiful finish

Simply outstanding Montepulciano D’Abruzzo. Balanced, elegant on the palate, mellow /soft tannins, bursting chocolate and blackberry aromas. Try it if you haven’t… it’s yummy 😋

It pours inky purple, on the nose it is juniper, Oak,chocolate, and allspice. on the tongue it is similar along with dark berries and a rich full-bodied velvety finish, a fantastic wine!

An Italian classic, mysterious, delicious. From start to finish, the taste is linear, seasoning at the table is very important, being a wine with a strong imprint.

Super wine, great full bodied wine, nice tanine .. in the beginning a bit closed after an hour or air ..opened up more..nice rest sweetness..bit like a great Primitivo...very good..

Deep dark burgundy color. Very aromatic, in a good way, good combination. Blackberry and cocoa, and on the nose vanilla, some leather and coffee. Long aftertaste with oaky tobacco aromas. Very good.

I don't get why it got more than 100 negative ratings of 1 star. Probably, people who only admire untasty bad wine rated it so low. It's a bit too acidic to my taste, but still delicious. Cheers!

Deep ruby. Nose: intense fruits, barrel spices. Full bodied, balanced, silky structure, good tannins, complex, multi-layered wine. Rich dark berries, ripe plum on the palate accompanied by coffee, tobacco and vanilla.

Oil, cream notes like a Pinot gris, some peach. Then some lighter, fresher hints of green apple and a hint of rose and elderflower. Q high acid. Didn’t really get riesling but otherwise liked the mix.

　ボトルに蓋をしないまま意図せず一晩置いてしまい、せっかくのLuca Maroni満点が台無しか、と思いきや、強過ぎる程に前面に感じられたバニラの香りが程良く弱まり、酸っぱ目ながらも飲む事が出来た。 　酸味が増す前の本来の味わいは2杯しか味わえなかったが、その溢れ出す香りは喩える事も困難で印象に残る。

モンテプルチアーノ・ダブルッツォ。ルカマローニ満点ものと合わせ、久しぶりです。 濃い黒系果実香、滑らかな舌触りのタンニン、甘ったるしくはないけど干し葡萄系の甘みをガッツリ感じつつ、スパイシーさと言うか、よくタバコと言いますがそうではない独特のスパイシーさが感じられます。 正直、美味しいです。 美味しいですが、私はたまに何ヶ月かに一度飲む程度が良いかなと思ってます。 こい〜赤、でも飲みやすいものを求めたらプリミティーボやジンファンデルとならびこちらもよろしいのかな、と思います。

Quite a smooth and refreshing wine. Well rounded that on a blind taste think it's unoaked Chardonnay blend. Stone fruit. Once you know what grapes are in it has the Gruner Vetliner characteristics.
