やわらかなレモン、青リンゴ、鈴蘭のような小さくて白いお花。ミネラル。ハーブや樽はなし。 キレのある酸味で飲みやすい。ほのかな塩味。 ソーヴィニヨンに近いけど、違いとしてはハーブ香のないところ？
