Gioulis Sauvignon Gris

I had this one with pork and salad and it was SENSATIONAL. A great wine, one of the rounder and most sofisticated white wines. I believe it is the barrel that gives it mature and strong taste, a bit bitter aftertaste attributed to the lime and lemon, wonderful colour and a nose that is original and unique. I didn't know this variety but I highly recommend it, I believe I have another bottle of that.
