Creamy texture, flint like minerality, lemon curd, gooseberry and granny smith apple. On the palate slight salinity comes in and a hint of hazelnut compliment the lemon notes and nectarine. Maybe some fennel? Really refreshing with a potent acidity. Good Sauvignon blanc!
