Saxenburg Private Collection Sauvignon Blanc

Paired with Alfredo. Pale in appearance, this Saxenburg is composed of flavors of lime and citrus. A smooth finish, slightly acidic but not overbearing. A great compliment to fish, seafood, or creamy dishes. Priced pretty well, I’d certainly recommend giving it a try.

Almost clear in color, zesty fragrance of white flower, currant and some stone fruit. The wine is full of citrus, kiwi and passion fruit flavours, accompanied by underlying notes of vanilla. Highly crisp and refreshing white for a summer day!
