Heel mooi glas wijn wat onze derde fles was ;) dit type wijnen houden we echt van. Mooie mineraliteit, honing, zacht. Gewoon lekker!

Yes yes yes and more yes. David and Nadia always get it right. Notes of pear and honey with wonderful minerality and balanced acidity.

南アフリカではいわゆる自然派の代表格とされるワイナリーで、初トライのシュナンブラン、ルーサンヌをはじめ、ヴィオニエなど複数の品種で構成される。 やや淡いがはっきりした黄金色と、柔らかい花の香り。芯には適度な酸があるが抑制されており、むしろ香りの印象通り、じわりと染みてくる甘さが何とも心地良い。刺々しさや嫌みがなく、身体にスッと入ってくる感覚。 今日は暑かったので冷やしておいたこれを投入しようと決めていたが、こういうテイストなので塩気のピリッと効いた料理に合い、正解。 → 1日経っても全く印象変わらず。塩鮭のカマの脂をすっきり流してくれました。

中程度の黄金色。 香りの強さはやや強い。レモン、もも、アプリコット、パイン、湿った羊毛、かりん、パン生地、バター、トースト、イースト、クリーム、ナツメグ、クローヴ、生姜、シナモン、干し草。発達中のワイン。 辛口。酸はやや高い/高い。アルコールは中程度、mid body、風味の強さは中程度/やや強い。後味はやや長い。 Medium gold in colour. The intensity of the scent is mid+. Lemons, thighs, apricots, pine, moist wool, karin, dough, butter, toast, yeast, cream, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, raisins. A developing wine. Dry. Acid is mid+/high. Alcohol is medium, mid body, flavor intensity is mid/mid+. The aftertaste is mid+.
