Peacock Sky Reserve Blanc de Noirs

Done in a Methode Traditionelle style, but that's where tradition ends with this 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The first thing you notice is....it's orange 🍊 Then how soft the pearling is, and how subdued the nose 👃 is. The palate is also far from traditional, caramelised meat, plum, and flint. A special wine for Mrs Speedo's 4th birthday 🎂 dinner.
