Domaine de Chantegrive Cheval Mon Ami Grand Vin Vaudois

Really nice Chasselas from Vaud. Took me by surpise, have to admit i didn’t expect it to be that well made. Although it does come from a very good producer, so i should have known better. Very fresh (on a hot day), slightly buttery, with some minerality. Paired with some rösti (on a hot day) Delicious!
