Lacerta Blanc de Noir

Made from Pinot Noir , this blanc de noir is a still wine . Had a previous vintage and the color was much more whiter . Its a nice summer wine aromas of little strawberry white flowers , apricot , melon , on the palate it has a nice structure , a bit of bitter like grapefruit and almost feeling like tasting the skins of the grape ! Pleasant wine i would recommend to sip by itself, borderline rosé.
