Méthode champenoise PN & Chard, special 65 anniversary edition. Perfect for cooking and serving pasta with shrimps in champagne butter sauce. Pale yellow. Yellow apples and pears, pomelo, carambola, green almonds. Elegant palate with rich brioshe and toast notes. Dry, high, refreshing acidity. Nice one.
