寒いところで育ったことを思わせる閉塞感、葡萄の甘さが閉じ込められている。セミヨンやシュナンブランのような軽さがありつつ、閉じ込められた甘さが常に背景にいる。微炭酸。余韻の甘さに後ろ髪引かれる。 The closed, locked-in sweetness of the grapes, reminiscent of having grown up in a cold place. Lightness like Semillon or Chenin Blanc, but the trapped sweetness is always in the background. Slightly carbonated. Lingering sweetness in the background.
