初めて飲んだカナダの泡。 カナダでは泡の銘醸地とのこと。 フルーティーな香りと熟成感のある香りが入り混じってワクワクした。 少し温度が上がるとブリオッシュ感が増してきた。 泡もきめ細かく爽快。 味も香り通りのしっかりした果実味が感じられて幸せだった。
