Incredible! Many critics think this is the best sparkler in Canada, though I may reserve that for another from the West. Chard and Pinot, traditional method, huge wow factor. Autolytic, caramelized sugar, tangy fruits, beautiful mousse, wonderfully balanced. End of harvest party!
