Creekside The Trad Reserve

4.3 ✨ What an incredible local sparkling of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay by Creekside. A 2016 with varietals separately fermented then blended and on lees for 6 months. A nose of pastry and mushroom. So much depth. Palate shows bright citrus of lemon and lemon zest. Apricot and yellow apple follow with yeast and more bread. Higher acidity, dry and fine bubbles. Nicely done!
