Amazing nose. Black currant, blackberries and a touch of ashes and pepper at the end. Splendid with steak and cured meet specialties.

Incredibly smooth and complex, berries and leather bouquet and so much to love in the palette, blueberries, cassis, chocolate and a stunning finish, no harsh tannins or beefy oak, just gorgeous cab heaven here. And for 2015, simply amazing.

My absolute favorite cab. Pricey but perfect balance forward (especially for the novice wine drinkers palette who might be visiting your house). Will be keeping to myself the next occasion I am graced with it in my cabinet.

Beautiful! Berry aromas, rich color and velvety mouthfeel. Notes of dark fruit, oak and hints of vanilla and spice. A great splurge!

Big rich aromas. Flavors of oak. tobacco, leather, and vanilla. At the Oakville barr and grill downtown with our neighbor friends.

Black currant and tobacco. Definitely on the rich side with wonderful additions of blackberry, blueberry and laced with olive, sage, thyme and a small hint of oak. Finish lingers for a good while.

Really beautiful, delicate but flavorful, with a nice balance of acidity. Leathery, tobacco and dark fruit on the nose and palate. My only complaint would be a bit more fruit would be nice!

Wowsers. What a finish on this wine. I swear after 10 seconds, the finish transforms into this beautiful heavy cream / butter. The wine itself has beautifully deep dark fruit and leather qualities. Almost like a baked plum dish. Totally recommend.

Had a tasting of this wine at the vino Volo in DIA. It was amazing very rich with notes of blackberry, blueberry, sage and black current. Definitely a more expensive cab, but I would recommend.

2015 4.40pts opened at Amber, Los Altos on @[1|27619965|Mohan Iyer]'s birthday. The first bottle of the evening. This wine needs more than a few hours of decanting if you are drinking before 2025(!). Leather, black currant, and grainy tannins soaked in deep purple juice - fairly complex for casual Napa Cab drinkers. The wine had a brooding nature to it but warmed up after a few swirls and decisively opened up with lamb kabobs.

Excellent wine !! Notes of blackberry oak and some notes of leather. Soft feel and fabulous finish. Great wine!
