Vino Volta Methode Ancestrale Grenache

This dry, effervescent, salmon/grapefruit colored is either translucent or saturated, depending on if you got the first pour or the last pour (sur lies). It has a medium body and a short to medium finish ending on grapefruit. In the nose I get strawberry and grapefruit. I taste minerals, citrus, slate, and strawberry. This paired with a mushroom espresso soup. Low to medium complexity Medium bouquet Soft / silky texture
