As always the matsu Tempranillo doesn’t disappoint. Very dry. A lot of fruit, especially blackberry and plum. Leather. Liquorice.

A mainstream Toro, and therefore perhaps more approachable. But I get, it's super smooth and balanced. Oak, vanilla, wet stone, licorice, Forrest floor, oregano and cedar.

Nota 4.2 for this amazing Toro! Strong and embodied as expected with cherry and blackberry notes. Very valanced with a chocolate aftertaste. Really incredible with a good steak!

Picked this up from Seville airport. Deep and complex on the nose. I got blackcurrant, bramble, blueberry, violet and fig. The palate is medium to full bodied, the tannins are medium and pleasant. Flavours of vanilla and cherry mix in with the dark fruit. Brilliant.

2021/12/23 友人と クリスマスディナーするのに ３年もセラーで 眠らせてしまった マツさんの 真ん中のグレードを開栓 2015年のワイン 色味も良く 香りも素晴らしい♪ ワイングラスを傾けると とてーも 足の長い赤ワインでした このワインに 合わせるために 料理は あさりの酒蒸し ローストビーフ カルビ焼肉 チーズ サラダ カルボナーラ を用意しました。 結果としては このレベルになると 何を食べても 受け止めてくれるくらいに 良いワインでした。 しかし 開栓から 短時間は 口に含むと すこし引っかかる感じがあり その少しのクセが 料理との相性を 格上げしてくれていたのですが ほんの僅かな時間で 空気を纏ったワインは 料理と合わせずとも とても飲み心地の良い ワインへと変化 マリアージュ目的なら 早めに飲み切る方が 良いのでは？ と思ってしまった ワインではありましたが 良きワインとの時間を 楽しませてもらいました あとは 最高ランクの マツさんが セラーで待っているので 近々 友人と開けたいです^ ^

開けたては少し渋みが強く、厚みもそれほどなく、やや酸味があったが、少し時間が経つと、テンプラニーニョらしいバラスが良くなってきた。 渋みも程よく、厚みあり、酸味は無くなってきた。 カカオの苦味っぽいのがあったが、マイルドになり、飲みやすくなった。 香りは土っぽく、チョコレート感がある。また、ミネラル感もある。 粉っぽさも舌に感じる。

色：ルビー色 香り：果実（カシス）、ブラックベリー、重たい果実の匂い 味わい：重厚があるけどスッキリ 総評： 余談：田原町の美味しいスペイン料理屋さんにて。

ベリーやチョコレートのような酸味と甘さのある香り。 これからという青臭いフレッシュさと軽さがありながらも葡萄の甘味と酸味がしっかりと感じられる。 タンニンは少なめ。 サルサソースのミートタコスととても相性が良かった。 シリーズ４種中３種購入したので次回以降も楽しみになった。

Closer to a 4.0 than a 3.5 considering the price. Quite dry, with very dry earthy, oak and light vanilla notes. Medium length. Nothing special, but is suitable for most occasions.

I think its better then good its jammy at first which turns off some. Want to go to color cause I never do. Its daytime drinking so I get to see the pretty. Stain this on a white shirt on purpose. Tannins there light. Im so excited to try the other 2. This was wifes pick. Above her $ level. She normally hangs in Aussie Chili for price. Happy she went here. Jammy is not a prob 4 me. Tannin takes that away. An honest 4 here I rate on a scale w others this is a nice 4.

A glass at the Providore. Didn’t ask the vintage. Oh well… Cassis, toasted wood nose. Vanilla, tobacco, fig, black currant dark chocolate palate. Warmth sensation. Licorice. Medium lingering finish of licorice and dark chocolate If you need something big bold balance and of value, this is definitely it. Intense.

From memory this. Was a bold deep red in the glass. Really thick nose of blackberries and brambles. Mouth true to the nose. It’s a blackberry bomb - big tasty and bold dark fruit. A little smokiness but not too much. I thought it was going to be more leathery but definitely fruit dominant. Good wine but can get better for the price. 3.8 ⭐️

Medium bodied, medium tannic, smooth, and my first Spanish Toro red. Notes of oak, cherry, plums and slightly spiced on the first sip. Paired it with Spanish food i.e. seafood paella, Spanish omelette, and burrata salad, tagliatelle all’aglio (so good!) at Pura Brasa, birthday dinner with my girlfriends. Ended off with blue cheese cake, coffee toffee cake and of course, churros.

A little jam from the blackberries and plum followed by a smoky oak and light vanilla finish. This bottle is a crowd pleaser, from the design of the label, to the approachable taste. A young Tempranillo, but makes for a really good table wine.

A high quality Tinta de Toro varietal, quite a recognizable brand by now. We had this with tapas, jamon Iberico and Tetilla cheese among others. A splendid match with the untamed taste profile of the wine. Its robe is deep ruby with purple highlights. Aromas of red flowers, wine leaves, black currant jam, blackberry, some tobacco. Highly stable and well-structured, medium body at 13.5% abv. Dry, not a very fruity mouthfeel, but smooth and elegant. Perfect tannins and a long earthy finish. Ageing

This was better than I expected. Fairly balanced in most aspects. Integrated oak, with black fruits. Well made wine, and imh great value. Would do well with another 5 years I think. 👌🏼👌🏼 90 points (just)

Interesting reddish-purple colour. Red fruit jam combined with red licorice on the nose and initial sips. Finishes with star anise, balanced acidity and prominent tannins.

A very dry & earthy wine with very little fruit. Not a wine I would drink solo but good to drink with steak or short ribs. Deep ruby in color with oak forest floor, potting soil, & tobacco on the nose. It is dry with medium (+) body, medium (+) tannins, & medium (-) acidity. On the palate there is oak, chocolate, vanilla, black plum.

The wine has a deep ruby red color and an intense aroma of dark red fruits, such as blackberry, black cherry, and plum along with hints of vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and complex with firm Tano a that give it a nice structure. The flavors are well balanced with a long finish that leaves you wanting more. Immediately after the bottle is opened, the tannins are strong and the taste is a bit rough. There are also nuances of cocoa. It is a heavy wine, but it is a wine to be sipped and chewed. 抜栓直後はタンニンが強く、少しザラついた味わいがする。ココアのニュアンスも有る。時間とともに少し華やかさも出てくるが、基本的には暗い表情をしている。重たい味わいのワインだが、噛み締めるように飲みたいワインである。

ミントの特徴的なスパイシーな香りが下位ブランドと共通。プラム主体で深い味わいのToro。下位ブランドの方がコスパ高いかも。もちろんこっちの方が旨いし洗練されているが、コスパはやや落ちるか。時間をかけると華やかさがでてくる

近所の酒屋ビック1600円くらいの旨安ワイン。 色はギリギリ透ける赤紫。 黒胡椒のスパイシーな香りとカシス、プラムなどのまっすぐな果実味。やや杉の植物的なニュアンスもある。 粘性強め。 少しアルコール臭い。 さんが強めで喉の奥がヒリヒリ。 アフターは短め。 普通に美味しいと思う。 価格からするとかなりの高コスパ。 香りの広がりや複雑さはそこまでなく、ワイン単体ではなくおつまみや料理と合わせるための赤といった感じ。

普通に美味しい。 味に複雑さは無く、何て言うのかなぁ重いわけでも無く、軽いわけでも無く、美味いバランス。 二千円台だったら買うかなぁ〜

スペイン出張でToroの存在を知り、ロンドンで購入。Majesticだとこのワイナリーの2本しか置いてない。かなりインパクトのあるエチケットだから前々から気になってたボトル。 色は2016年ビンテージのせいかかなり若い赤がかったルビー色、ブラックチェリーを主体とした香り。 かなりチェリーの果実味を感じる。フレンチオークに6週間寝かしているみたいだが、樽のフレーバーはあまりないせいか複雑さはあまり感じられないが、フルボディで肉にとてもよく合うし1桁ポンド台とは思えないくらいコスパがいい。

2018.10.25 このワインは 少年 青年 老人と 顔が変わっていく エチケットが特徴のボトルで 気になっていました ここの評価も 3.８と高め まずは 少年というか 1番若い感じで 安価なものから 飲んでみる事に 開けた時の 香りは あまりピンと来ない感じ 足は長く 期待値上がりつつ ひとくち ん？ ややピリピリあり で 渋みもある でも 嫌な感じはしませんでした 空気を含むにつれ 良い感じになっていくワイン あとの２本を 飲んでみたくなる余韻を 残してくれました 早めに 次の青年？のワインを 買ってきたくなる良品となりました

濃い目の紫色。 乾燥したベリー、木系の香りかな。 最初はチョコレートっぽい感じがある。徐々に果実味しっかり。タンニンは程々、酸味は少なめ。若干苦味を感じる。時間が経ったら果実味増していきます。旨いです！ ずっと気になっていたワイン。フルボディだけど少し軽く感じる。 余談ですが、ティンタデトロってテンプラニーリョなんですね。初めて飲む品種かと思ったけど、飲んだことありました(笑) ３日目、２日目に飲もうと思ったけど寝過ごして３日目に。３日目でも旨いー！１日開けたほうがおいしいかも。バランスも果実味もいい感じです。

Good Düsseldorfのピカソっていうスペイン料理店でいただいた。 葡萄品種ティンタデトロ（テンプラニーリョという、スペインやポルトガルで栽培されている黒葡萄。） オーク感、ブラックベリー、チェリー 、バニラ、の風味

ボデガス・マツ エル・ピカロ 2021 樹齢50年以上のティンタ・デ・トロ100%のワイン。 外観は明るいが濃いガーネット、縁は紫がかってて若々しい。 とてもねっとりとしてて、涙が垂れた後も輪っかのように残ってる。 ブルーベリー、オリーブ、紅茶、白胡椒。 新しい材木、コーラ、ヴァニラ、香ばしい。 口当たりは少し硬く、若くてジューシーなな味わい。 ただタンニンがとても荒々しくてちょっとアンバランス。 余韻短い。 香りまではいいけど、口に入れた瞬間バランスが悪く感じます。 なんかバラバラな感じ。 名前のMATSUはそのまま、日本語の「待つ」から来ているそうですが、抜栓からしばらく待つのが吉？ 開いてないだけならいいですが…。 とりあえず初日は3.4点としておきます。

カシスやプラム、ブラックベリー、ブルーベリー、ブラックペッパー。 すっきりとしたボディ、酸味がしっかりと感じられ、カシスのフレーバーも続く。 タンニンは中程度。美味しいがどこか特徴に欠ける。エチケットはインパクト大。

ビンタエ ボデガス･マツ エル･レシオ 2021。ティンタ･デ･トロ 100%。 トロ地方ではテンプラニーリョのことをティンタ･デ･トロと呼んでおり、他の地方より、皮がやや厚く、タンニンに富んでいるようです。とても濃い色合いで、味わいも濃いのですが、サラッとしています。濃いのにサラッとしている。二律背反ですね (笑)

先ほどのワインがカカオっぽいと思ったけど、こちらはもっとカカオ！ ハイカカオのチョコレートを飲んでいるよう。 バニラの香りも結構しっかりしてて、ちょっと後味甘いかなーって思う。 樽の熟成期間の長さによって、このエチケットの男性のお顔の老化具合が違うらしい…笑 @BAR de ESPANA MUY
