A Wrattonbully Charmat method Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay & dosed w. just 4.5g/l. Pale lemon w. fine bubbles. Fresh & crisp w. lemon, apple, white peach, melon & a faint grapey richness. Clean & fruit forward w. conference pear & honeysuckle. Fully developed. Dry. Fresh & zesty w. lemon, orange peel, green apple & a slightly waxy apple peel note. Peach & melon w. a light pineapple note. Med alc, a creamy mousse, m+ acid & a decent m+ finish.
