Vigneti Cenci Franciacorta La Capinera Cuvée Brut

Third was this northern Italy Cuvée blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Also a very fine display of bubbles from the bottle carbonation process with notes of lemon citrus, pear and brioche. Seems a little more noticeable acidity than the previous two. Enjoyable for sure. Should mention we had quite a tasty variety of various pairings to sparkling wines of cheeses, sushi and appetizers to complement these wines.
