2026.03.16 自宅 評価 4.2 "ガルデ・プレステージ・シャルル・ガルデ・プラン・ド・プラン" 短い海外旅行でも帰国すると妙に日本食が恋しくなります。そんな訳で今晩はお刺身とお鮨の夕飯。 お造りやお鮨にはやはりシャンパーニュということで此方を選択。 どちらかと言うと華やかさより繊細さが印象的な味わいでお造りやお鮨との相性はとても良く、柔らかく落ち着いたプラン・ド・プラン。
