Informal mixed bag wine tasting event in Oslo. Not enough time for detailed tasting notes. Very good Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Green fruit of green apples, white peach and stone fruit. Ripe citrus tones of baked lemon. Hint of tropical tones, light lychee. Integrated minerality of saline and flint notes. Elegant autolysis tones, pastry, bread yeast and brioche. Hint of almond and toast from barrel. Good concentration, acidity and intensity. Good mousse. Long finish.
