Bodet-Herold Ternay Brut Nature

This fantastic crémant hits the nose with apple, citrus, cereals and stone. It has a lovely golden wheat colour, too (at least in the light of the restaurant, Mon Lapin!). It has persistent bubbles along with a medium, bold finish that lingers long enough between sips. Simply delicious 🥂
