EPC (for Epicurien) is a project of three friends, that started in 2019. They work with partners all over the region. Each 🍾 is definitely transparent and modern. This BdN is made with a grower in Buxeuil, in Aube, Côte des Bars. 100% PN. Steel tanks. Malo done. 40m en tirage. 5g/L. Red cherry, redcurrant clafoutis, cooked apple, toasted almond, fresh bread. Creamy mousse, vinous, dense, very BdN, yet bright, super easy-drinking like all EPC wines. Top! 4.2 12.5% abv.
