Royal Tokaji Furmint

Notes of floral on the nose with notes of peach, pear, raisins, minerals and an on “oily” essence, reminiscent of a Gewürztraminer.

Clear pale lemon in color. The is developing with nose has med+ intensity and notes of blossom, apple, peach, nectarine, almond, hazelnut, apricot, honey, and honeysuckle. This wine is medium sweet with medium plus acid, low alcohol, medium plus body and medium plus finish. The palate has medium plus intensity and shows similar notes as those on the nose. This wine is of very good quality drink now and age. 90/100

初めて触れる、トカイ エッセンシア。 蜂蜜のような、いやもはや蜂蜜の香り。 飲んだ瞬間いや、これマジですか？と思わず笑ってしまった。甘さの次元が違う。ソーテルヌのワインを飲む機会が何度かあったが、甘さだけなら全然比にならない。酸味がほぼ抜け落ちており、とろみのある甘さが無限に広がる。空一面を染め上げる夕焼け空。
