Doyard La Libertine Doux Champagne

4.3 - a totally new champagne experience to me, shared blind by @[1|2624156|Carlo Terruzzi]. On the nose it had a nice mineral and cooked apple / peach appearance, mixed with citrus and some toast. A rather big sweetness at the backdrop. On the palate it’s round, inviting and quite sweet, especially on the mid palate of early finish. The finish cuts of the sweetness a little bit with some great acidity, making it very balanced and a nice drink. I guessed grand marque producer, NV and minimum 25g
