白い花の香り。甘やかな樽香。酸がしっかりしている。レモン、グレープフルーツの黄色の柑橘系。樽のバターのような甘やかさが後に来る。最初は酸と樽の味わいが分離して感じたが、時間と共に混ざり合ってバランス良くなってくる。
