ピエモンテの赤、ヴィエッティ VIETTIの「ランゲ・ネッビオーロ・ペルバッコ LANGHE NEBBIORO PERBACCO 2019」。19世紀頃にワイン醸造を開始した素晴らしいバローロの造り手、ヴィエッティが手掛けたネッビオーロ。三軒茶屋のイタリアン「イル・キアッソ（IL CHIASSO）」にて、牛モモのカルパッチョと合わせて。畑から醸造・熟成までバローロ・カスティオーネと同じ工程を経て造られたワインで、ネッビオーロ100%。熟成3年目で瓶詰めをするとランゲ・ネッビオーロ・ペルバッコとなり、更なる熟成をさせるとバローロとなる。ベリー系の果実香に、紅茶のニュアンス。果実味は凝縮感があり、まろやかで甘酸っぱい果実の旨味が出ている。スパイス感もあり、酸・タンニンは適度で滑らか。チーズや牛肉と相性抜群！

ローマカカオクルドとの夕食 ネッビオーロらしい鮮やかなルビー。 やや甘めにふれた味わい。

Minerality with cherry and plum. Leather aroma and a finish that leaves the want for a higher tannin. This was aged since 2015 and has mellowed out quite well

A very nice Nebbi! Aromas of tar, campfire smoke, rose petal, vanilla, cedar spice, tobacco. Opens up with air to savoury cured meat, fried mushroom, oak, truffle, forest floor. Flavour is highly savoury, truffle, cooked forest mushroom, field mushroom, cured meat, olive brine, plum, baked cherry pie, oak, cedar. H- body, H leathery tannins, and a long nice finish ending in pepper, licorice, fennel and herbs. Awesome!

Elegant nebbiolo but surprisingly iconic leather I could feel. Little tannic, balanced finish. Smooth blackberry all around with some raspberry mixed. Better 1° colder than you expect it to be. Thank me later.

Nose of red flowers, raspberry, ripe plum, crushed rocks, lots of earthiness. Quite complex Palate is more earthy driven. Overall good to very good wine. Medium plus acidity, medium plus body. Very good value

3.9 Viettiのネッビオーロランゲ。開栓3時間自然放置で漸く開花。畑から熟成まで以前飲んだバローロ カスティリオーネと全く同じ過程。 バローロは花や果実感の強い印象だったが、このワインはミント香が強い。仄かに甘苦いカラメル香や樽の香り、そしてネッビオーロ特有の乾いた大地感を楽しめる。タンニンは強靱だが、パワフルさはないので飲み疲れることはない。

伊ピエモンテ・ランゲのネッビオーロ単一の赤。 透けるルビーレッドに、チェリー、シナモン、中国茶、ドライイチジクの香り。 丸いアタックから、細く伸びる酸と香りにもある中国茶のようなニュアンスが印象的。小粒な赤系ベリーの果実味に収斂性を伴う頑強なタンニンはいかにもなネッビオーロらしさだが、トータルとしてはVTに比して親しみやすいモダンなスタイルと言える。 なかなか。

This is a dry red wine made from the Nebbiolo grape, grown in Piedmont, Italy. Aromas of oak, vanilla, cherry, raspberry, tar and tobacco. Full-bodied with notes of oak, vanilla, red fruit and leather on the palate. Very well-balanced finish with sinewy tannins and nervy acidity. Went very well with beef.

👃Red berries, cherry, oak, pepper, leather, and wet forest floor 👅smooth, dry, full body with M+acidity, and medium integrated tannins. Similar flavors as the nose. A good match with fettuccini with steak and a creamy gorgonzola mushrooms sauce, and a dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream.

A winter warmer, anise dominant on the nose, with a certain sweetness like dried cherries, shuffled in a cigar box. On the palate this is tannic, cherry forward, almost medicinal (like cough syrup) with lingering tobacco on the finish.

excellent, exactly what you want from Nebbiolo from this region. Nose shows tobacco, forest floor, dried cherry, rose petal and dried cranberry. Palate has very good balance and structure with rich red fruit and acid creating tension and interest. The fruit follows up where the nose leads off and completes your expectation perfectly. Totally an Italian wine that’s up my alley. Brownish purple in color. Earth, tar and cherry on the nose. Full body, medium acidity and super dry. Tobacco, cherry, and some lovely violet notes to a pleasant finish.

Epic little “baby barolo” - nice red fruit with a elegant rose of earthy and floral notes. Lots of leather with some fine tannins. Well balanced with its acidity and with time extending the length of the Finish. Big fan 😃

4.1 - Highly recommended Nebbiolo from Vietti. High quality. A little lighter than I like but very good. I like it better than Vietti’s Barolo priced a little higher. Sweet and tart. Opens up into something beautiful.

Feel like a bit of noob for admitting this but I didn’t really get Nebbiolo until I tried this wine. It took an hour decant for this wine to really star to shine. Tar and asphalt, dark cherries, smoke, toasty oak, cigar. Dried strawberries. Lively and lovely palate, acid is nice but well balanced.

知らない作り手だったけど、エチケット、値段、ポップで何気にカゴに入れた。 畑から熟成まで高級ワイン「バローロ･カスティリオーネ」と同じ過程。熟成3年目でカスティリオーネの様に更なる熟成を要さないロットを瓶詰めしたものでまさに「ベイビーバローロ」とのこと。 イチゴの甘酸っぱさも感じるランゲ・ネッビオーロ。まるでピノを飲んでいるようだが、若さが良い意味で出ていて、フルーティーさと力強さを感じる。 酸味はほどほどで、しっかりタンニン。

輝きのある赤みを帯びたガーネット 赤スグリ、山葡萄、ブルーベリー、インク、バラ エレガントでフレッシュな酸と果実味が心地よく広がり、やや荒くしっかりしたタンニンが締めくくる。

Dラボワインサブスク4月の配達で入ってたヴィエッテイの安い方。ピエモンテ州のネッビオーロ種で濃いが飲みやすい。オリヴィエバーンスタイン2023テイスティング6/17火曜日の時には、ヴィエッテイの4.6万くらいのやつ飲んだが香りの複雑さと情報量はコレよりも多かった。
