Funky light German number. Earthy, with an almost moss-like quality, alongside strawberry, cherry and tart cranberry notes. Very nice. Enjoyed immensely when accompanied by the literary feast served at Wood Stockholm, with @[1|23398258|Sofia Svensson].

Raisin, plum, oak 첫 모금은 다소 슴슴했으나 와인이 열리면서 건포도향이 피어오름. 라이트바디, 중간 정도의 산미, 적절한 밸런스. 가격대비 매우 훌륭한 독일 피노누아.

Pilot noir uit Duitsland. Heerlijke wijn en een goed alternatief voor een bourgogne. Lichtrood fruit met zuren maar niet hard. Ik proef iets vuurstenigs in de smaak en hoeft wat mij betreft niet gekoeld gedronken te worden wat soms bij duitse pilot noir beter werkt.

Een spatburgunder die vele Pinot Noirs de loef kan afsteken ! Mooie neus, voldoende kleur en smaak met frisse zuren.

Mycket bra och prisvärd tysk pinot noir. Doften är väldigt pigg med röda syrliga jordgubbar och hallon, ek. I smaken är det röd frukt, jordgubbar hallon och syrliga tranbär. Lätta jordiga toner finns. Väldigt mjuka och finstämda tanniner med lång och fin eftersmak.

Knalt aardig uit het glas, dansende aardbeitjes en kersen. Doet niet onder voor een Village Bourgogne, maar dan voor een fractie vd prijs. Excellent german Spätburgunder with all that it requires. Lots of red forest fruits in nose with spicy notes of gun smoke and a mild but nice funkiness. Dry ripe strawberry and raspberry with some sour cherry in palate. Crisp and fresh. Well balanced acidity.

Först slås man av lättheten, sedan träder en finstämd karaktär fram. Smak av röd frukt åt syrliga jordgubbar och gojibär, fina mjuka tanniner som hänger med länge, dessutom en angenäm kryddighet och torr fatfinish.

Duitsland, Pfalz, Spätburgunder, 13%. Eerder proefde ik van hetzelfde wijnhuis de Grauburgunder (4,5*), dus benieuwd naar deze Spätburgunder. Ook erg lekker. Lichtgekoeld gedronken mooi glas met kers en bes en een rokerige aardsheid. €12,50 @Baltazar (wijnbox augustus 2021)

Deze Spätburgunder, zoals een pinot noir in Duitsland heet, smaakte naar gefermenteerde dennenappel uit het Schwarzwald. Je proeft bijna de naaldbomen, gepaard met van die rode besjes die ik als kind nooit mocht eten. Even in de koelkast en deze soldaat is klaar om te sneuvelen.

Strawberry, raspberry, cherry, oak, bit or vanilla, leather, bit of spice, inoffensive tannins on acidic finish. Will be better in a couple of years time but very drinkable now.

Backlog. Lovely fruity wine with red fruits being dominant. Has some tannins but in a reasonable easy to drink now way.

Gruppenbewertung Tasting : Beere und Leder in der Nase, am Anfang mit leichtem prickeln auf der Zunge. Braucht Luft, dann ein guter Spätburgunder.

Simple but pleasant Pinot. Some strawberry, red berries, nice minerals and very light vanilla on the palate. Medium+ acidity and soft light tannins.

Sandalwood and tiny bit of vanilla. Very ripe strawberry and raspberry with a touch of herbs. Nicely balanced with long aftertaste.

At 13 bucks a fine and refined Spätburgunder, Pfalz. The league of clean, deep, alluring. Slight barnyard nose and metallic notes on palate. Lean acidity.

Am Anfang leicht muffig im Geruch das lässt aber nach, dann kommt Eiche und Kirsche. Leicht zu trinken mit Preiselbeeren, Walderdbeeren und ganz dezent Haut Gout im Nachgeschmack. Ausgewogene Säure mit seidigem Tannin. Dürfte nen Tick dichter sein, aber für den Preis echt nicht schlecht. Der dritte Wein von Andres der mir zusagt. Die sollte man im Auge behalten.

Für einen Pfälzer SB ein relativ dunkles Rot im Glas, das etwas Trübung aufweist. In der Nase ein Hauch Eierschalen/Kalk. Der Wein macht seiner Herkunft also alle Ehre . Im Mund rote Früchte, auch etwas Kreide, ein Hauch Vanille. Ein großes Burgunderglas und Luft tut dem Wein gut. Schöner Essensbegleiter

Slightly raw plum / berries. Fresh palate with dark fruit. A bit young and astringent. Light cocoa notes. Difficult to taste in a noisy environment.
