Just what I always imagined when I think quality Burgundian rouge. Growing intensity on the nose after some air, showing ripe strawberries, cherries and dried cranberries, along with earthy and forest aromas. The palate is medium bodied with supple tannins, sharp acidity and dryness. Flavors are similar to the nose, with juicy strawberry, cherry and red currant, coupled with mineral earthiness, mushroom and leather, with a long spiced finish. I loved every sip and wish I could've brought a case

Served cold, as compliment to crispy duck, in a large glass. Pale ruby, clear/brilliant, medium viscosity. Red fruit on the nose, might open to more, but the pace at restaurant didn't allow it. Light bodied, dry but has fruit sweetness. Lingering tannins, balanced acidity. Tastes of red fruit, cherry, red currant. Mild testing. Some grape tannin taste, but faint. Enjoyable finish, soft spoken and delicate.

Quite a lot of value for money here! It's showing freshness, depth and finesse. Love the outstanding freshness from the 2019 vintage in general. It's wonderfully perfumed, in a seductive feminin way. At the same time it's showing depth with red berries, mint, a bit of ripe black currants, liquorice and crushed stones. It also has this nice animal note that adds extra depth. excellent. There's something about Santenay... All Pinot and yet there's a magic in there somewhere. Is it just in the earth at Beaune? Perhaps. All I know is I'm elated whenever I drink one. Cherry and chocolate and magic.

Medium nose with ripe fruit raspberry some cherry. Same on the palate more raspberry soft tannins and well balanced acidity. Very good balance length intensity and concentration. Very good red burgundy. 🍷👍

Classic French Pinot Noir. Pale ruby/garnet color. Med to Med+ acidity, elegant lite body and very complex nose. Tart cherry, raspberry and also mushrooms, earth and warm spices. Had as a pairing to charcuterie.

Santenay It seems to be harvested from an average age of 60 years. A calm atmosphere with the scent of red berries. Burgundy is definitely different ~ サントネ村 平均樹齢60年から収穫らしい。赤いベリーの香りの中にも落ち着いた雰囲気。ブルゴーニュはやっぱりちがうな〜

Good pqr Santenay. Very classic but supple, accessible and with well integrated flavours (oak-fruit-jammy-acidic-tannins)…

喉痛くない　ずっと美味しい　明るい色

Au nez, beaucoup de paille estivale et un peu de cuir, de gâteau au chocolat aux cerises noires, mais un rappel d’une mouffette ... dommage. Quand même, la moufette s’en va et cède la scène à la cerise non pas entièrement mûre et au romarin en bouche, un peu de fer. Santenay Classique. $22, ne vaut pas $33, perd son nez le lendemain. Meilleure en 2021.

Lunchen wine. Enjoyed with long cooked and grilled brisket sandwich. Fruit driven and smooth Santenay. Red fruit, raspberry, red cherry and light barrel tones. Ripe tannins, silky grip and good acidity. Vielles Vignes gives the wine necesseary depth and complexity. Medium+ finish. Good match with the food.

Strawberry, vanilla, prune, flowers and some herbal spices. Strawberry ice cream, apple, meaty mouthfeel and a fine flowery finish.

Nice burgundy red. From the south of the region. red fruit cherry earthy notes are dominant. Very balanced and yet a young wine. Ready to drink.

Earthy, mushroom, forest floor, bright acidity in the aftertaste, light browning on the rim. Proof that Muzards Santenay vv can last 10+ years

Light bodied, quite elegant and subtle with flavors of herbs, nutmeg and raspberries. A juicy wine that is ready to enjoy young.

On the nose, cherries, dank bark and leaf. On the palate, soft tannins, masses of juicy red cherries, long. With: roasted sea bass, anchovies, and roast veg.

On the continuous celebration of Lili’s birthday. A nice Santanay for dinner. Kind of mineral on the palate, although some red fruit hints could be felt. The finish is long! Cheers!!

Happy Easter! Refined Santenay with aromas of raspberry, cloves, mushroom and earthy notes. Elegant tannins and a vivid acidity. Paired with Duroc-pork and a sauce of morilles.

Fruity complex nose. And a distinctive aroma that I usually associate with French wines as ‘elastoplast’. Yum palette. Richness, earthiness but not sweet. Think I’ve found a Burgundy I really like.

Medium (-) ruby red colour. Medium (-) nose with wild raspberries, cranberry, violet, cured meat, clove, bergamot and forest floor. Medium taste of wild raspberry, cranberry, violet, forest floor, bergamot and wet leaves. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. A very good Santenay that is still fruity. Needed an hour of air to open up. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with duck, mushrooms, pork or poultry.

A clear, pale, ruby/garnet. Medium intensity and complex on the nose. Cherry, mushroom, meaty and sweet spice. The palate was dry, high acid, low tannins and light. Cherry, mineral, plum and sweet spice. A long finish. Very good and worth a bottle.

Unusual dense nose. Bacon. Stems. Opposite palate. Light, playful. At first sip not remarkable, however this gem has a most pleasurable endurance. Eloquent mouth feel, lingers on pleasantly. Have it again: yes. Aging potential: most definitely

Crisp, ripe red slight jammy fruit. Raspberry, cherry with some dark notes, spice and chalk. Fair amount of chalk, almost Pommard. Still very primary. Soft tannin, some heat and edges. Med body, med length. Very drinkable, with or without food. 17

I like it, haven't had a Pinot this old before Cork perfect, wine in the strawberry, forest fruits end of the spectrum , quite perfumed and altogether a pretty and feminine wine Paired with home cooked silverside , mashed potatoes and winter greens Yumm

Light, slightly acidic at first but more mellow as time goes. Red fruit, slightly mushroom, but with a long finish. A grower.

I’ve always enjoy the freshness and simplicity of Santenay. With bright acids, fresh red fruit and some chalky notes. Slightly thin and fluid, in its style I think this is very good.

寝かしても良いのだろうけど今飲んでも美味しいピノ。バランスの取れたコスパ良い。

過熟なミルキーアロマ、味わいもミルキーイチゴベリー。

美味しい。バランスの良い理想的なピノ。

Light body, raspberry and mushroom, wet soil forest mushroom notes

紫がかった澄んだルビー。粘性は中程度。チェリー、ストロベリー、すみれの香りが優しく立ち上る。アタックは中程度で滑らか、赤いベリーのやや甘さを感じる果実味と柔らかい酸、控えめでシルキーなタンニン。全体的にフレッシュな果実を中心とした柔らかな雰囲気。このクラスとしてはバランスがとても良い。余韻は短め。今飲んで楽しめる、可愛らしく若々しいワイン。

季鳥にて とても明るい色。 すごくバランスとれていて飲みやすい。

A nicely concentrated yet straightforward Santenay. Usually these are a bit less complex than the higher acclaimed villages, but very enjoyable. In the nose the typical red fruits noticeable and a bit of animal tones and earth. On the palate a balanced wine completed with a medium finish.

ボーヌだけど…🤔　NZ セントラルオタゴっぽい(*´-`) 濃いルビー　ラズベリー　レッドチェリー　果実味＆ボディ＆酸M 控えめなタンニン　食事とのマリアージュは悩ましいですね…デザートのフルーツかな　

美味しくない。 抜栓後1時間ほどで口にするも生臭い感じ。 もう少し置いて飲んでみる。
