Pale yellow. On the nose lemon, citrus, sea salt, minerality and stone, perhaps flint smoke and green apple. Beautiful on the palate with some oak and smoother flavours.

2008 シャブリ 煌めく黄金の色。 世界がぱーっと広がる深みのある甘い香り。はちみつ。 口に含むと芯のある美しい酸。 こんなに美味しいシャブリは初めて。

やや緑がかった淡い黄緑色でグラデーションが良く、レモンイエローの輝き。 青りんごの香り。酸がしっかり出ていて、それに洋梨風の甘味が絡みボリュームある味わい。 透明度が高さと、高密度が同居している。

2016 4.2 はじめてのシャブリ！ シャルドネ100%。 ミネラル感があり、柑橘系の香りで、あとからハチミツを感じた。 アルコールがのどにつっかえることもなく、滑らかでおいしかった。 白ワイン初心者としての評価は4点？！

Getting more into French whites recently over my usual Cali Chardonnay or NZSB (you could say I’m learning more about wine). Love the balanced acidity, notes of lemon and marzipan. It does not rely on oaky and vanilla notes like Cali Chardonnays, which is a refreshing change of pace.
