Quartz Reef Bendigo Estate Pinot Noir

Fun to drink. Dry, medium in acidity. Notes of cherry and raspberry with a hint of chocolate and oak. Really nice Pinot Noir.

2105 V Nose: nutty with restrained fruitiness Palate: creamy, nutty with notes of cherry. A unique PN with a great potential.

Peach / rose colour. Crisp and dry. Yeast, biscuit, blossom and peach on the nose. Lemon, brioche, curd, vanilla and a little spice on the palate. Fruity and light with a good finish. 4.25⭐️

a typical color of Pinot noir, quite dark, still transparent, no brown borders, still young very refreshing nose of dried ultra ripe raspberries + mountain cranberries on the palate I got: again very ripe dark skinned raspberries, lots of acidity, which keeps on the palate quite a long time a very intense, fresh, but also relatively heavy style with 14vol % alcohol! but the alcohol is very good integrated..

Have had a different vintage before and was just as nice this time! Quite full bodied!

Beautiful example of a premium NZ Syrah. Dark fruit, enough pepper but not overpowering and well integrated tannins make this wine a real treat.

Wonderful tasting at the Quartz Reef cellar door in Central Otago, New Zealand. Really enjoyed meeting the winemaker Rudi Bauer and his wife Sue-Ellen. Fascinating to hear their story. Sparkling is their main product but they also produce stunning Pinot Noir. Well balanced. Notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, earthy, mushroom and vanilla.

Enjoyed this last weekend. Beautiful deep red syrah - notes of blackberry, plum and vanilla.

前回飲んだ時よりも美味しく感じる😳なんで？自分の経験値が上がって好み変わったからなのか？🤔 コレがコクウマ系のピノ・ノワールで、対照的にエデンリフトとかは、アセロラ系のピノ・ノワールで、この前のコルトンやブルゴーニュやサヴィリーネヴォーヌなどはどっちなんや？🤔 春に飲んだのと、冬に飲んでる違いもあるのか？🤔オーガニックとバイオダイナミックの認定を受けた畑のぶどうを使用。7日の低温マセレーションを経て天然酵母が活動を開始。最高約12日毎日丁寧に攪拌。フレンチオーク(新樽28％)で12ヶ月の熟成期間中に自然にマロラクティック発酵が発生。 ≪詳細/Details≫ ハーブや土っぽさ、シナモンスティックの香りに、スミレや赤いバラ、ブラック・チェリーのアロマ。生き生きとした酸とヴェルベットの様な熟成したタンニンにしっかり構成され凝縮した味わいが折り重なり、フィニッシュが長く続きます。

Belgian pears, Red apples. Despite the ripe nose, I love the acidity and freshness in the flavours, with a bit of honey notes

青りんごやライムを思わせるフルーティーさに、ブリオッシュのアロマ。口当たりはなめらかで、酸はきれいに伸びて全体を引き締め、後味はシャープにすっと切れます。フィニッシュはドライで、ミネラル感が心地よく残る印象。シンプルながらとても美しく、バランスの良い一本。

熊本の和風ビストロにて。 バブルはやや控えめ。 熟成感もかなり感じられ、個人的にはクレマンレベルかと。 予想を裏切る美味しさ。👍🏻

Last bottle of the epic night of wine. And sabered it was. Pale lemon with fine light mousse. Nose of wax, flor, lees and minerality. Palate filled out with fresh squeezed lemon. Dry, light body, high acid, lingering finish. Hot, clingy, sexy. Wow. Must visit Otago soon

Peach on the nose. Beautiful fine bubbles that melt in your mouth. Smoooth crisp apple on the palate. This is a lovely wine.

A very special sparkling wiine from NZ. CRISPY and clear finish and easy on the palate. Nice wine to go for every occasion. Well done.

NZ.ホークスベイ、ミルズリーフ、エラスペス16 シラー、 赤いルビー色、、 スモーク、胡椒、干し肉、ドライトマト、ナツメグ、シナモン、 飲み口さらっとながら、厚みと旨味がある。中域からアフターも伸びる。 若いビンテージらしいエネルギッシュさと、醸造由来の綺麗なテイスト。 クセになるシラー。

Ripe blackberry,dark plums.tau sar on entry.Some smoky notes compete with a tad too much volatile alcohol.Vanillins creaminess and a pleasant rounded medium finish.Drinking now from a good Hawkes Bay vintage.Just north of my Mums house.

11 years seems just right, aye @[1|3294740|El Presidenté] Blackcurrant, dark chocolate 🍫 stuck out for me after it warmed up from being in the fridge.

Maturing nicely. Still displaying cherry red in the glass and quite floral on the nose. On the palette the tannins have mellowed but the strong red and black fruit still dominates. In another 2 to 3 years this will be excellent

Transparent ruby. More dark violet with some background savoury characters on the nose. Firmer but still fine tannis. Medium intensity elegant and refined not a big powerful block buster. 40% new French oak for 18 months. Good vintage. Open top and intergal barrels. 20% whole berry - just destemmed no crushing. 4 Stars

Very peppery, even for a Syrah. Mostly pepper in the nose. Slight tannins. Long aftertaste. Black berries, after a while. Strong by itself.

Ruby red color with dark cherry and mild spice on the nose. A medium bodied Shiraz with smooth character and a mild but some tannin at the finish. Can benefit from aging

Limited notes from a blind tasting but remember it being crisp, refreshing and well balanced. Need to try it again.

あまり複雑感がないが、普通に美味しい、ただ印象には残らない 泡は少し刺激的、香りは第二主体？、 リンゴ ブリオッシュ

Really nice appearance, fresh and clean notes of green apple, lemon, peach and brioche. Elegant and well made.

ドライ　タンニン 2024.5.29celler doorで、最後に飲んだグラスワイン。 繊細な味だったと思うが十分酔が回っていてもはや覚えいない。@ もったいない😓

開栓時は荒い泡が勢いよく溢れ出した。しばらくして落ち着くと、一本の線とはいかないが、細かな泡が整然と上がる。色は明るいゴールド。少し天然酵母の個性あるアロマ。黒ブドウ由来のやや香ばしい苦味あるカリン。少し混ぜたり口に含むと、また荒々しい泡が湧き上がる。クリーミーなシャンパーニュとは随分と異なる口当たり。余韻は短く儚いが、苦味と泡が主体なので短くてよい。飲み始めはおっ！？と思うも、飲みすすめるとお腹も膨れて少ししんどくなる。

6-7000円くらいならあり。飲み頃すぎてるかも ラズベリー 土 皮革 ブラックベリー
