From the minimum intervention range of Chatzivaritis winery, maybe one of the most interesting malagouzias, as it turns away from the classic makings of the grape, keeping the grape's characteristics but pushing them to new limits at the same time honey orange minerals apple salt rose water peach quince apricot

Nose not so expressive. In mouth, caramel notes, medium to high acidity, balanced tannins, slight sucrosity

A blend of Sauv Blanc, Roditis, Assyrtiko. I didn’t really go for this one. Pale gold colour. Fermentation in Stainless steel only. Nose that has tropical fruits, a tinge of citrus but no grassy flavours. Tart grapefruit on the palate. Didn’t really have structure. Rated 3.5. $33 I think?
