Yutard's Point/ユタールポイント : 97 Comment : ポテンシャルの味。刺すような酸味、葡萄の木それ自体をかじったような青さ、エグ味、爆発的な強度を持ったエキス感。奥行き、複雑さも素晴らしい。明らかな差異があるワイン。drcとかなり同系統の味。全房発酵を綺麗にやると全部こんな味になるのかなと思った。とてつもなく美味しい。時間の都合上10分しか飲めなかったのが悔やまれる（しかも開けたて)。

独特のビオ臭 酸味はしっかり効いている 少々癖のあるお味 しっかり旨いものの、万人受けは難しいか………

2回目のプリューレロック。 相変わらず異質な、このワインにしか無い味わい。 余韻と旨味のバランスが素晴らしい。

開けた瞬間から香りは良く、外観はまだ、若干若い印象。 ピノ独特の酸味が強く、時間をかけて開いてはくるが、最後まで酸味は持続していた。 さっぱりとした牛肉料理との相性が抜群。

Borgogna naturale con l’avvocato 12-12 Magnum. Rosso rubino scarico con ampie sfumature granato. Al naso ha profumi ampi e complessi di marasca, ribes, fragoline, scorza d’arancia, sottobosco e tartufo. Al palato è di buon corpo, elegante, semplice, fruttato e ancora leggermente fresco.

Chinese five spice, nutmeg, porcini mushrooms and bucket loads of cranberry. Very nice nose and very well balanced. Lovely drop!

One of the best NSGs. Vanilla, plums and cherries with slight Chinese herbs. Dry nose with perfect acidic finish. Definitely a must try!

Aug 2022. Maddy birthday and I stole a glass from Alvin mah:) raspberries! What a bouquet! Super elegant for such a young wine and a super treat.

Når man sidder den sidste aften på en god restaurant i Beaune og drikker sådan en vin er det svært at få armene ned. Det smager fremragende og hænger ved i en uendelighed. Den har fået noget fad, og heller ikke uden svovl men frugten med sine blandede røde bær er knivskarp uden forstyrrende noter. Elegantier med sublim længde - mangler blot en knivspids kompleksitet for at komme helt op at ringe. Det kommer måske med alderen.

Wonderful experience Nose develop over time.. woody and saw dust with creamy and lychee finishing to start the wine develop with time. It's well structure and distinct and elegant tannins.

Very charming and approachble wine with natural winemaking feeling. Full of raspberries and cranberries, some earthy amd smoky tones, elegantly ripe aftertaste with refreshing acidity and mellow tannins.

Wow. Amazing perfumed nose. Floral and ethereal. Spellbound. Made from the same monopole clos des corvees vineyards, where the smallest and ripest grapes in the 1st pass of picking will be made into the monopole cuvee, and 2nd pass into the generic 1er cru. This is just a tad lesser, but nevertheless, just as enjoyable.

I found this wine to have an absolutely ethereal nose of wild flowers, damson, cherry, mint and liquorice. A rest beautiful ‘wild’ savoury component which is probably brett, but oh well. The palate is someone lacking concentration, but it is still so refined and lovely.

Very special dinner with friends to taste Rieslings and Pinots at Osso Restaurante on October 9th. Pinot #1 of #3. Wonderful bouquet of cherries, leather, earthy on mouth, elegant, soft tannins and long finish.

Made from grapes of over 70 years vineyards from Clos des Corvees. Rich and elegant aroma of ripe red fruit including cherry and strawberry. It also has a hint of cinnamon and chocolate. Complex aroma, structured palate and ripe tannin.

I recently had the chance to taste my first DPR and it didn’t disappoint. The nose alone is enough to get your hands on this wine, it’s stemmy and floral and earthy and fruity and terroir to its core. Wine is cloudy, semi murky, with an intensity I don’t come across very often. Hard to get your hands on, hard to describe, hard to forget 🦄

Fantastic nose of red fruit, oriental spices and wet stone. Smooth tannins and lovely acidity. The nose was beautiful but the mid palate was a little empty.

. Classic Roch style right from the start. Very tart red berries, with a forest-like nuance that feels as if it’s inviting you deeper into the woods. This cuvée in particular stands out — the aromatics are beautiful, but the palate also carries real weight. The acidity is bright and vibrant, and it feels like the vintage was a great match as well.

Medium ruby fading to garnet at the edge. Pronounced yet restrained and developing aromas of sour cherry, dried rose petal, leather, saline, cooked strawberry, mushroom, autumn foliage, and toast. Dry palate with all the elements in the nose, very silky texture, elegant and superbly perfumed, great depth of flavors, overtly spicy, (m-) tannin, (m) and almost weightless body, (m+) intensity, (m+) acidity, 13.5% alc, very long finish. Quintessential Burgundian!

First time at Temper, w Joelin, weiti & sf later Quite complex profile of smoke, spices, red bell peppers, cranberry, red cherry and earthy character. Red fruit character feels ripe but also with gentle acidity to lift. Push-pull between the diff flavour categories showing great winemaking but lacking detail. Fine grip tannins, incredibly length. 众说纷纭的酒、酸是真的、要瓶醒2-3个小时也是真的。开瓶是新鲜的莓果香，一点发酵风味，酸的直接高昂，慢慢醒酒卡，酸会经历由强渐弱，强时可以提神醒脑，减弱也不会没有支撑度，怎么尝都是杰出的酸。香气会一直变化，由红色浆果到浓郁花香、山楂、香料、甜樱桃，完全打开后又添了细腻胡椒、烘烤。余味一直有力，虽然自然酒浑浊、沉淀多，但是味道一直很干净。

Med ruby, a bit cloudy Nose is more restrained, less floral and more herbal, mint and white pepper. Cranberry. More complex but less overtly perfumed Palate is also more closed, cranberry, rose, rose petals, black fruits and spices, anise, prunes Slightly higher tannins, medium and powdery. NSG is a bit too powerful, even for Prieure Roch

Earthy tones perfect pairing with a beetrootdish with pine it milk. Cranberry, red fruits. However remaining light and fresh while still hinting towards oak, leather normally expected form a heavier red.

Need some time to develop, give it at least 5 years. Seriously dark in the glass. A lovely nose at this stage, nice fruits and perfume, albeit maybe more savoury and oak notes verses fruit than I expected. Lots of tannins and grip for now. Probably needs more time for the palate to get close to its smell. And the wood to integrate. Lots of potential but simply too young.

Color: pale ruby, translucent, slightly cloudy. Nose: sour cherries, red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries; rose petals, violets; cocoa nibs, tobacco, old, soft leather, forest floor, raw mushrooms, bark; some black pepper. Palate: tart sour cherries, damp earth and old oak on palate. M tannins, high acids, 12% alc. Marvellous.

4.2+. A very straight forward wine. Fruit and berry dominate both the nose and taste, balance with tannin structure. Hint of mushroom/earth after warming a bit. Easy drinking but lacking complexity.

きのこや永谷園松茸のお吸い物、スーボワ、赤花、デュジャックぽさある、ほんのり茎やナチュ涎。素晴らしく仕上がってる。味わいも酸とミネラルありつつ、ミネラル烏龍梅永谷園、スパイス乾物、出汁。

札幌にて。 2020を開けるには早すぎたけど、美味しかった。 もっともっともつ。

熟成と若い雰囲気の狭間にあるワイン ピノ・ノワール独特の酸味がしっかりとあり 時間をかけて開いていく感じがとても良かった

Light body with good finish.

Prieure Roch wines are so lovely to smell - its delicate and untamed floral bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and resembles Domaine Leroy style. However the palate lacks focus and is not as refined as Leroy. Wild raspberry floral nose, untamed bell peppers and green stemmy fragrant, slightly volatile yet flirtatious. Gorgeous nose but weak on the palate. Unfortunately the current market price is unjustifiable especially after Herni Rich passed away in Nov 2018 (even though he wasn’t the winemaker!)
